HOW IS CAR TRANSPORTATION WITH WINCOM CARRIED OUT?
In order to provide you with a cost-optimized offer, we need the most important details.
If you approve our offer and wish to place an order with us, you will receive a binding confirmation from us that your transport will be carried out as agreed.
Once the truck is scheduled, you will receive a notification from us with its license plate number and the driver's name.
Upon pick-up, our driver will inspect the vehicles for external and internal damage, record the handover (also with pictures), and load the car(s) onto the truck.
During the transport, your customer service representative will keep you informed about the arrival times and the progress of the transport.
The driver unloads the cars and hands them over to the person specified by you after a repeated inspection and documentation.
